A large-scale heavy beam storage rack installation project carried out by Harbin Jiusheng Metal Structure Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is currently undergoing orderly installation at the customer's warehouse. This project uses a high-strength racking system made from high-strength Q235B steel. Vertical posts and beams are precision rolled and welded, which ensures the strength of the entire structure. One tier can support several tons, reliably supporting palletized goods and heavy materials. The racking system has high vertical posts and a multi-tier design, which allows you to maximize the use of vertical space in the warehouse and significantly increase capacity. Equipped with anti-impact mounts and safety pins, it effectively reduces the risk of collision when forklifts operate, ensuring safe operation. The shelving surfaces are electrostatically powder coated in blue and orange to resist corrosion, making them rust-resistant and durable, suitable for long-term warehouse use.
