The modernized production line is equipped with an automated overhead conveyor system, which allows for a completely closed cycle of processing of shelving components: from preliminary surface preparation and coating to final polymerization. The process begins with thorough acid cleaning and phosphating to remove surface contaminants, followed by a uniform application of environmentally friendly powder coating using advanced electrostatic equipment. The final stage is high-temperature polymerization of the components for final fixation of the coating. The result is a coating characterized by high adhesion and a smooth and uniform surface; in addition, its resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage (scratches) has significantly increased. The products are successfully tested in salt fog, which confirms their durability and suitability for long-term use in a wide variety of climatic conditions.
By upgrading the production line, not only has production efficiency been significantly improved - allowing for further reductions in lead times - but the risk of human error has also been effectively minimized, ensuring consistently high-quality coatings in every production batch.
